We stand behind the quality of our products. Under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules 2021, Rule 7(6), we offer a guaranteed return policy.

7-Day Return Window

If you or your retail customers are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
